If you use SparkCore

Workspace owners can delete contact records, conversations, and documents directly in the app at any time. To delete an entire workspace and every record in it, email hello@mysparkcore.com from the workspace owner’s address. Disconnecting a Facebook Page or Instagram account (Admin → SparkSocial DMs → Disconnect) immediately stops all collection from that account.

If you messaged a business that uses SparkCore

When you message a business’s Facebook Page or Instagram account, or submit one of its lead forms, that conversation is stored in the business’s SparkCore workspace. To have it deleted, either ask the business directly, or email hello@mysparkcore.com with the name of the business and the Instagram username or Facebook profile you messaged from. We’ll delete the associated conversation records and confirm within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deletion removes the stored messages, comments, lead-form submissions, and contact records tied to your request from our production systems. Read more about what we store and why in the privacy policy.
