Who we are
SparkCore (“we”, “us”) is a customer-relationship platform for real-estate professionals, operated by Spark Noir Creative. This policy covers the SparkCore application at app.mysparkcore.com and our public pages. Questions any time: hello@mysparkcore.com.
Information we collect
Account information name, email, and login credentials of the real-estate professionals who use SparkCore.
Customer CRM data , contact records, notes, messages, documents, and activity that our customers store in their own SparkCore workspace. Each customer controls their workspace’s data.
Connected social accounts , when a customer connects a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, we receive account identifiers, access tokens, and only for the connected account, messages, story replies, comments, and lead-form submissions delivered by Meta’s APIs, plus delivery results for posts the customer schedules through SparkCore.
Usage and log data standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) used to keep the service secure and reliable.
How we use information
Solely to provide SparkCore: the CRM, the unified inbox, automations, scheduling and publishing, valuation tools, and AI assistance. Some features are powered by AI; the content those features work on (for example a conversation the assistant replies to) is processed by our AI provider to generate the response. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer CRM data or connected-account data for advertising.
Data from Meta platforms
Data received from Facebook and Instagram is used only to provide the connected account’s features inside SparkCore (inbox, replies, automations, lead capture, publishing) in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms. It is retained only while the account stays connected, and it is deleted on request, see data deletion.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run SparkCore, hosting and infrastructure, database, email and SMS delivery, and AI processing, each acting on our instructions as a processor. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. We never sell it.
Retention & deletion
Data is kept for as long as the workspace it belongs to is active. Deleting a workspace, disconnecting a social account, or emailing us a deletion request removes the corresponding data, full instructions live at mysparkcore.com/data-deletion.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to authenticated workspace members, and platform credentials (like page access tokens) are stored server-side and never exposed in the browser.
Children
SparkCore is a business tool for real-estate professionals and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we’ll update this page and note the new date above.
