Your texting compliance should not depend on your memory
DNC lists, STOP replies, quiet hours, carrier registration: the rules around agent texting are real, and the only reliable version of following them is the automatic one.
Texting is the highest-response channel an agent has, and the most regulated. Between the federal Do Not Call registry, TCPA consent rules, carrier registration requirements, mandatory STOP handling, and state-level quiet hours, there is a lot an agent is expected to get right on every single send.
The honest truth: nobody gets all of that right from memory, at 4pm, between showings. The only version of compliance that works is the version that is built into the sending itself.
What automatic should mean
A Do Not Call flag on a contact should be enforced by the software, not by the agent's recall. A STOP reply should end texting to that person instantly and permanently, with no way to forget. Quiet-hours rules should hold your marketing until morning in the recipient's timezone, not yours. And unsubscribe handling on email should be one click and irreversible, because that is both the law and basic respect.
One more distinction matters: automation should be held to stricter rules than you are. A human looking at one record can know things software cannot, like an existing client relationship that makes a call lawful and welcome. A robot blasting a list knows none of that. So the machine should get less latitude than the person, never more.
You are still the sender
No platform can take on your legal responsibility, and you should distrust any that implies it can. What good software does is make the compliant path the default path, log what it enforced, and put the judgement calls, clearly labeled, in your hands.
That is how SparkCore's gate works: every text, call, and marketing email passes through the same checks, automation is stricter than manual sending, and the product tells you what it knows about a contact before you decide. You stay the sender of record. The software just makes it hard to be wrong by accident.
